Emang Manang Ngomong Jowo

Looking at the title, "Parit Jawa" at first I thought it was a documentary. There is a place in Johore (between Batu Pahat and Muar) called Parit Jawa. From the name, we could guess that people who live there are Jawaness decendence (originated from Jawa Island, Indonesia).
It was a telefilm. Eman Manan and Ruminah Sidek are among the actors involved in the telefilm.
There are scenes in the telefilm that requires the actors and actress to converse in Jawa. For Ruminah Sidek, Jalil Hamid and few others actors who are Jawanese decendents, they do not have any problem. But for Eman Manan who is from Terengganu, it sure is a challenge. As a professional and good actor, Eman Manan has proved himself, he is capable to act in that telefilm.
Hopefully in the future if there is another "Jawa" film production, I would like to apply. I'm sure even though Eman Manan is better looking and can act better than me but I can pronounce the Jawaness dialogue with much better intonation and correct pronunciation.
