140824 A Visit to IJN KL
I was advised to drink not more than 1 liter liquid per day. I also had to keep records of the time and amount of my urine. I had 3 "springs" inserted into my artery. I'm a sergeant now.
Ohh, That was terrifying and painful experience.
Ahh, not to worry. I'll be discharge tomorrow.
140824 Kayuhan Ceria Putrajaya Ogos 2014
We were given two choices.
Route A; 10.0km, cycled around Putrajaya Lake
Route B; 19.5km that takes us through Precincts 2, 9, 11 and back again to Precinct 2.
Nashrun, my eldest son cycled with me that morning. He drove all the way from Selayang that morning. By 6.45am he was in front of my house.
We were unfortunate to win any prize during the lucky draw. A branded folding bicycle, a well known brand of mountain bicycle and several hampers were given away to lucky winners.
The most difficult part is before reaching the one and only rest area; on top of Putrajaya biggest roundabout, near the Shangri-La Hotel. After nearly 15km of cycling, we had to cycled up the steep hill. I was one of the many participants who had to stop cycling and walked up the hill.
140823 Unexpected Visitor
Cikgu A.Manaf and I were once teachers at SK Putrajaya 2. After I transfered to EPRD he also transfered to Jengka, Pahang to be with his family. His wife is an officer at UITM Jengka.

Salam Ta'ziah
Alhamdulillah, sempat ziarah Ust. Hanizad dan isteri di PusatKanser Putrajaya sehari sebelum arwah isterinya meninggal dunia. Perjumpaan yang amat memberi keinsafan.
